Hi all,

Thought I would share some info and pics of my new range of GF wings. I will add so far I have only used the 4.5 Elliptical shape.
Go Foil have just released their range of wings. They come in 2 versions a S Model which is squared off at the tips available in 4.5/5.5/6.5 and the Elliptical version which is available in 2.2/3.0/3.5/4.5.

My quiver is 5.5s and 3.5/4.5. Perfect for WA and Margaret River surf sessions.
So far I've had about 5 session on the 4.5. It's awesome. Seriously powerful and stiff. No flutter at all even then overpowered. When flagged it is by far the most stable wing I've handled, I would also add to this that it is light so you can hip and shoulder it out of your way no problems. Strong too. Taken a few beatings and it held up until the stab found the canopy. I can also add the bladders are noticeably thicker than my previous brand.
Advantages over the wings I've ridden so far (6 brands);
- Build quality
- power for the size of the wing
- shape is slightly lower aspect so no catching tips
- stability when flagged
- upwind performance
- no flutter
- pump connections
- rigidity
- seperate strut and LE bladder
- outline of the 5.5 is the same as 4.5 so no tip dragging

Negatives
- bags are pretty flimsy
- handles could be stiffer and less of them
- seperate strut and LE bladder

Overall super happy to have swapped off previous brand and onto these.
Rich

They look good I watched some time back a interview with Alex Aguera and the development of these wings it was a great watch I especially like the way he rides a wing on the waves using the sail power for his manoeuvres I look forward to seeing one of these wings on day for a closer inspection

Hi Stroppo, you in Perth? Will have to meet up for a wing!

I to like the way he rides, he has managed to make so damn fine wings that are so well balanced.

Was out in Perth yesterday on the 4.5.

God damn these things rock.

So stable. Best jumps I've consistently done ever. Was nicely powered then overpowered and it stays silent and manageable the whole time. The upwind ability is also off the charts.
I'll grab some footage today.

Can't say these were much fun on previous wing. The pop and hang time on these make them perfect for flat water play sessions.

Apologies for the fish eye photo was taking on a GoPro.
These wings continue to amaze. 20kts yesterday and the awesome bottom end of the 4.5 dragged my fat ass up and going on the RS650. This is the smallest wing I have ever used. Period.

Previous wings would never have got me going as easily or quickly. It honestly like being behind a ski.

Also worth mentioning the upwind ability is amazing. I thought I used to power upwind I'm now overtaking people pointing 30* higher than they are. Sooo good.

Finally had a chance to break in the 3.5m.
Wow. It's super light, stable and waaay more powerful than my previous 3.5m. Can't wait to get this into the waves.

So I have now had a chance to get them all wet.

The 5.5 is an absolute beastly pleasure. I got going on a sinker in maybe 12 and it was still happy in the 20kt gusts, this is in a 1000cm foil too. Overall super happy with it. Powerful, easy to control and the shape really helps in the light winds.

4.5 is just the best go to 15-25kts

3.5 is fast becoming my favourite though. Small light and pulls like a train.

Anyone in Wa want a go just ask

3 month feedback.
All wings are still getting near daily use. These wings are super powerful, stable and easy to use.

Construction seems to be holding up bloody well to the use and the occasional beatings they are getting.

The 4.5 and 3.5 are the staples and have had the most use. No flapping and I've ridden both massively overpowered.

Very happy with them.
