Quick question- can I use my fanatic foot straps in my Armstrong 4'10" FG board if I buy some Armstrong screws?

Why don't you buy the armstrong footsteps? Come with screws, don't absorb water, and hold their shape. You can cut them easily too fit if you have 2 front straps.

Yes you can use the fanatic straps and the screws that come with them. That's what my local retailer told me who sells both Fanatic and Armstrong boards. I plan on doing the same at some point.

Cheers! Have both a fanatic and Armstrong board so I would prefer just 1 set of foot straps to keep things simple .

I have been told that it was not ideal to remove footstraps frequently. Ideally you'd install them on the board once and not touch them again ... not sure what the science is on that and haven't found any research papers either :)

Most boards have screws that cut there own thread, so be taking them on and off frequently you take the risk that there isn't enough thread left for the screw to grip in.solution is very simple: re use the thread as mentioned here:
