I'm in the market for my first rigid board, coming from a Gong Hipe 5'1 85 litres inflatable.

These two boards both seem well designed and quite popular. Has anyone had the chance to compare them?

What foil will you be riding?

Currently I ride the Axis HPS 1050 in light wind and the BSC 890 in stronger wind. Both on a short fuselage.

I weigh around 78 kg, so my current board is about +5-10 litres, and it's just enough to slosh back to shore if the wind drops. Don't know if I could go a little lower with these boards, maybe to 75l.

Axis HPS.. for sure the Fanatic. Boxes are located better for Axis, plus it has more planing surface, so will fire up the HPS foils earlier. Get the 2022 model, improved bottom shape to fire foils up earlier.
