Does anyone have a good solution for when the foam grip on the Duotone handles comes loose? Have tried SUP paddle tape, but that comes unstuck fairly quickly. Thanks!

if you don't mind the aesthetics you can go with hockey tape.
Just keep in mind that it might be impossible to remove without leaving residue...
