Hi! what is your experience using a double boardbag for a wingfoilboard?
Two surfboards should give about the same thickness ?
dimension of wingfoilboard 6.0* 20" *4.8 at 80L
im thinking same dimensions of the boardbag..
Thanks

I just bought this 6'3" double wheelie bag for taking 2 boards. It fits my 2 omen boards, 84L and 60L with room for other items. I have another Roam bag that I have traveled with and it has held up great. Lots of options, but this is my favorite.

Go for the triple!
I travelled with this bag (6'9") earlier this year between January and April by car from Estonia to Finland, onward by air to Japan, Australia, with final destination Fiji..hauled it across Fijian islands... Then from Fiji to New Zealand... Strapped the bag on the back of a campervan throughout the North Island. From NZ back to Fiji again hauling it around for another few weeks. From Fiji to Singapore, back to Finland and Estonia.
Contents: 1 KT Super K 92L board (6'5"), 2 wings, 1 foilset (w two front wings), pump, helmet, impact vest. Few more smaller items.
Never a scratch on the contents. No failures on the bag itself.
So grateful. This bag is a souvenir now. Looking at it and everytime I smile. The padding is amazing sturdy and thickest I could find.
I think what he means is a double surfboard bag to put one wing board in.
The problem will probably be forward thickness won't be enough in a surf bag. They taper down a lot. At the point that two surfboards with padding in between is say 2" your board is probs 3.5 to 4" still. Wider bag may help .but never know till you try to jam it in.
I've had good results with bags from www.curvesurf.com.au/
Drop them an email and tell them the dimensions of your board and they'll tell you if they have anything that will fit. The bags are good quality and reasonably priced with some mega thick padding around the nose and tail.

opens up to have space to fit 2 boards in. It easily fits a thicker wing board and wings, wetsuits, etc
