Anyone in the group with experience winging and DW SUP foil paddling? What is the rule of thumb for DW board sizing for intermediate winger and beginner flat water SUP foil paddle? Occasional big 12 ft SUP paddle for recreation but no experience with SUP foil. Was told for winging only neutral weight will work. For SUP foil body weight +20 liter (or +30?). Looking for one board size that will cover both.

That's not true. You can go way bigger, that depends on a board design a lot. Some DW boards are so well balanced, light weight, and more importantly with extremely light nose and tail. I am 72 kg, and with this board I wouldn't go smaller than 95 L for winging, if light wind performance is important to you.

Hey ! Contrary to "basic" wingfoiling, I think the most important with these kind of boards is not having the smallest board (in liters) but the one who will help you to fly the earlier as possible ! I'm 70kg and I have a lot of experience in SUP racing so I use the Takuma Rise 110L for downwinds SUP foil but also for light wind winging ! It's a 7'10" and it's quite enough for me, I can take off with only 5 paddle strokes on downwinds (I don't have big swell here). But with your experience, I advice you the 120L, it's a 8'6" and it's for me the easiest way to have fun because you will take off so quickly in wing and also durind downwinds !
