Spent over 7K with surf shop in Southport, this year. Last week's order delivered via Startrack, I paid for delivery. And now the Code tail is miss-labelled, I am asked to send back tail at my cost for the correct one to be sent back. Geeze...really?
It is disappointing to see some business people so focused on making money, they lose a degree of awareness.
+1 speak direct to Code, don't go through the shop. I had a bubble in the carbon of one of my new front wings - they let me use it while they sent out a replacement, then added a shipping label for me to return the bubbled one.

What's the name of the shop?
Just a quick update. An astute customer orientated employee, reached out via email to see if my incorrectly labeled Code tail had been exchanged. Upon polite email discourse, the shop in question sent out the correct item along with a self addressed return StarTrack satchel. This is how a business builds good will. With good ethics and customer aware mindful employees. Well done to the gentleman that resolved the issue.
