Any good intel here on appropriate gear to bring to Peru (Chicama) for a 90kg rider in May? For winging, plan to bring a 5m wing, 75L board with either an 87 cm mast and 850 foil as a one foil solution for wing/tow or bring my other rig (935 mast, MA1000, HA725 + various tails for a little more versatility). For towing I have a 4'4" I'll bring. Any reason to bring an MA 1225 or would I be leaving it in the bag?

Thanks!

This has been discussed a bit on the ProgressionProject forum, so I suggest searching that forum. The common theme is bring the smallest gear you can get your hands on....

Thanks Piros! Yes, I've watched a ton of his Chicama content recently.

Hi there. I've been there march 2023. I suggest to take a 6m wing too as you are 90 kgs weight. Some days wind gets pretty weak. Also think of a bigger board as the current is kind of strong, and with waves it's trick to take off

Thanks for that! My 5m is pretty grunty and if it's too light I'll tow hopefully!
