So I'm fully hooked on winging and am hitting my jybes more consistently and think it's time to look at smaller boards. I'm 95kg and have a 105ltr Quatro wing drifter.

Anyone have any advice on what my next board should be and size?

how much wind do you have at your spot(s)? - determines how low you can go without having a once per month board.
how deep is the water where you wing? - if you need to sacrifice mast length to compensate for a sinking board it might not be worth it.
how willing are you to lose weight in the process - i.e. struggle for a bit before you figure it out again?
will you keep the Quatro for light wind? You don't want to sacrifice days just because you went too low in L.

I'm 90 kgs and my 90L Quatro has been a great all round board from light air 5m to 2.5m big wind days. I have a 76L PPC that I've used more and more over the last year and love it for medium to high wind. So I'd consider something in the 80-85L range for your second board. If you haven't already, learn the stink-bug start and you'll be quickly up and foiling on a smaller board. See if you can try some friends' 75-85L boards to see how you like them. Next step after that is a true sinker...

Thanks all, definitely will hold on to the Quattro 105 as sometimes the wind just dies and I need to pump the wing to get back. I live near the ocean so I've got lots of deep water, no worries about the mast. Definitely think I could drop 5 kg. I'm thinking I'll get comfortable with a 90ltr board, gonna pick up the LiteTech Starboard Takeoff 5' 2" at 90 liters. Eventually I'll get to a true sinker like 40/50ltr range but I'm not there yet.

Sounds like a good plan. I (75kg + wetsuit etc) started with 106 (~3 months) then 95 (~3 months) and now have a 65L as my daily driver.
(also have a 36L for spots with enough depth and crazy wind :)
