I need a session saver and the local shop has some good prices on these wings in larger sizes 6,5-7,5m. Anyone with experience on the larger sizes of these wings?
Javelin is compact shape (pumps very well), and very nice canopy tension.
Slingshots are also very durable!
I don't think a 6.5m Unit 2022/v2 is a "session saver" unless you're light-weight (<65kg?). It's a great light wind option, but guys on the 7m and 8m CWC are out when I need to shut it down on the 6.5m unit.
I'm using the DLAB Unit 6.5m as my biggest wing and love it, but it can't get you up on foil like the CWC 7m/8m (depending on your weight). At 100kg fully loaded, an 8m would be a session saver for me.
