When winging you seem to have you feet pretty much aligned with the centre of the board. Has this been a conscious change?
I didn't used to be especially in my early Sup foil days , that was often a hot topic when I first posted 360 vision videos like this a few years ago how offset my feet were . They are only in line in my natural stance but when I ride switch they are still way off . High speed ocean downwinders forces you to get your feet back in the centre but on long hard reaches plenty of guys ride offset especially ex long time wind surfers. It's good to have your feet in the centre line but not completely neccessary . JB would be better to answer this one.

What an epic video! That was hypnotic.
I don't foil, or wing foil, but it looks like the set up your riding is made for speed and not turns? If that's the case, would a set up for tight turns have been able to go everywhere you went in the video, I.e riding the waves you rode for as long as you rode them?
And how often do you fall off going these speeds?

Winds were pretty light so I had on a larger wing which doesn't turn as tight as smaller ones but still turns well just very weak waves faces not much to turn off. Don't fall much in those conditions , It's out in the ocean Downwinding you have the big speeds and big falls , we were only just cruising in this video.
