Finally put my axis foil base plate onto my Fanatic board only to find the four screws that hold the plate onto the board are about 5mm too short. Can just get the base plate on, but not confident in the hold as can only just tighten them up into their brass plates/nuts.

After some recommendations as to where I can get longer screws from.

Cheers

Just check that the t-nuts are coming up into the slot correctly.

I have 30mm screws in my Fanatic. Yours will be 25mm, a bit too short. I got mine from a fixings shop. M8 x 30 is what you need

Yea, M8 X 30mm (if that's the correct length for you).

You'll want stainless; 304 or 316. They are often marked A2 (304) and A4 (316).

The tapered head is called "countersunk", which you will need, and the six pointed star shape for the tool is called "Torx", which will be hard to find but you could get a hex head and useuse Allen key.
