Has any body used the holes on the axis mast plate other than the sliding hole mounts? Need to move mine further forward than the mast tracks and sliding mounts allow with my new board. Mast tracks are rear mounted on the board.

Excuse my ignorance but why are they threaded? Planning to drill out the threads.

Yep, I replied on the Axis Facebook page, too. The threaded holes are for screwing onto kite boards. Just drill out the threads, get slightly longer stainless screws (I think I used a couple from the Axis screw kit) and countersink the holes a bit. I went the other way, I needed to get rearward adjustment for a Naish board. I gained an inch which made a big difference and a couple of washers of shimming was the icing on the cake.
