Hi, I'm currently wind foiling a few hundred metres each way on a 142l Fanatic wind sky sup.
I'm using the older s series surf 920 and 750 wings.
I've bought a 5m and 6m echo wind wing only used these on my sup but plan to learn winging on the Fanatic.
Q. I'm looking to upgrade to Png or Bsc looking 2nd hand.
80 kg 12 to 16 knts. Higher winds I would probably just fin windsurf or kite.
What size would people recommend
BSC 970 OR 1060
or PNG 910 OR 1010. Confused about differences speeds and what's better.
I would probably also want to use this with a wind surf sail until I get good on the wind wing.
Other choice would be to go straight to the HPS series but would have to buy the black fuse, or would the HPS be too much of a jump to learn on.
Thanks for any input

980 Hps with 370 stab will be perfect and be a keeper. Black series are very efficient with an excellent choice ongoing.
I recommended to a friend this combination and he is 75kg apx. He has no experience and foiled first day.

Thanks Warwicki, what wind strength did your friend learn in on the Hps 980
I was thinking of getting a similar size BCS but maybe I can go straight from learning the basics on the old s series 920 to the hps 980.

It was mostly about 10kn with occasional 15kn. It was the 15kn that took him by surprise and found himself up on the foil.
I have the 930 HPS and with a bit of pumping I can foil under 10kn wind.
