Hi,
i am using an MB-Boards Albatros 78 litems (v3.2) which is close to identical to the Ensis Rock n Roll 77. I love this board. Am using it with Sabfoil (83 mast) and 777/888 Balz Pro Frontwing and 370/425 Stab. While I love the foil in flat water it feels skittle stiff in waves (loves to jump but not long wave rides). Am considering switching to Arestring Foils. Hope anyone can help me with a few questions?

a) what is the best wave orientated Foil (set) from Armstrong. Usually wing with 6.0m to 3.5m (ozone flux) conditions. Love waves but also go out in choppy flat water days. Which mast, Front wings and stabs would you recommend. Want to have max 1 mast, 2 front wings and 1-2 stabs.

b) is it worth to consider the A+ mast?

c) Should I buy now or is there some innovation expected for 2024 Armstrong foil range (I could wait)

D) Does the MB-Board/Ensis fit to Armstrong. The foil Mount (us box) is relatively short.

thanks a lot!!!!

Since nobody answered, which is weird since there some expert about Armstrong...

For waves the best foil in Armstrong are the ma range, made for wave riding but it's not limited on that. They are the most recent, people like me that dont have a huge bugdet grab some used hs front foil for cheap.

Best board for Armstrong foil have 0 rake on the usbox , long usbox like the jp x winger but iveseen people using them sucessfully on ak phazer (regular length us box).

A+ has less flex than the old carbon mast , the most recent mast is performance mast even stiffier but coslty .mast length 80-85 for ocean.

For the stab for the ma there so much new stab , you should chheck the discussion about Armstrong ma range below.

you souldnt have any problem. I weight 100kg and was riding 77l Ensis board.

but the issue is with armie gear - mast need to forward all the way.

If you already have a Sabfoil mast and want a best wave oriented foil for your weight, get a razor wr780 and an s325 stab.
