I know there has been more than a few posts on the A-wing, but I have not seen this issue addressed. There seems to be three versions of the wing out there right now. I had an original 3.5M (v1.0), when I bought a 4.5M, the dealer show me that Armstrong had redesigned the strut bladder and the little string that hangs out is in a different spot (v1.1). Recently I'm seeing the newest A-wings have yellow stitching on the handles (v1.2). This appears to be another change as I had to replace my 4.5 when at sudden 30kt gust ripped the stitching on my neutral handle.

Anyone else notice this?

Well I hope my handle doesn't rip off on my Cabrinha. Thats what my wrist leash is tied to.

Seen a few handles ripped off when leash attached to them rather than the leash attachment point. They are designed to hold the wing in neutral so not that heavily reinforced.

Back on point. Each run of any companies' wings will vary slightly I would have thought. Especially smaller companies. My Smik from the first run is slightly different to second run. Different strut material. Is this a major issue?? I would have thought not.
