Hi All,

Picked up a second hand wing foil rig last month to learn on and looking for a lesson on the Gold Coast to hopefully reduce the amount of walks of shame and ease the learning curve.

Anyone got any recommendations?

Thanks

Mate, my advice would be to hang down the beach and practice a bit with your wing on dry land. Get to know a few of the local wingers and get their lowdown. Then get out there and just put the hard yards in. If you've already got water experience with other wind sports it shouldn't take too long to get some progress (especially if you have a decent sized board.) Learning is a PITA but you will get the addiction pretty quickly and will find yourself wanting to get it sorted and hence crave it more.
