..and then thought: What I would really like is a Wind Wing podcast.
Is the subject too visual?
Surely there could be people chatting on the topic and alerting people to a YouTube channel for the visuals.

Blue planet does longer format videos with a lot of commentary which I really enjoy.
Grant,
Yes I subscribe to Blue Planet, have done for two or three years. It is great, but I can't enjoy it while I drive.
The Progression Project & Wingfoil Experience sound like what I was after.
Thanks Stanley & Ulx.
Great interview with Balz Muller. Interviewer keeps trying to talk windsurfing, but Balz keeps going back to Winging. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/14-balz-m%C3%BCller-is-freestyle-free-enough/id1516672750?i=1000490622434

I am a big fan of the progression podcast. It is more about surf and sup foiling but there is plenty of great episodes with many of the best foilers out there. Seabreezes very own Piros even has an episode.
Lots of great discussion on gear and technique which even if it's not wing ding specific it is very interesting and helpful to all kinds of foiling.
Foil froth!
