I bought an Airbank Puffer Pro electric pump to use on my NeilPryde Fly 4m and 5.4 wings. With these wings it's very set and forget, just hook it up, push the button and let it pump up while I put on my wetsuit.
I recently bought a 2024 Duotone Unit 3m. The Airbank requires one to add another supplied adapter on top of the one that fit my NeilPrydes but the seal is nowhere tight enough to pump up the wing without requiring me to hold it tightly into place while it pumps to 10psi. This defeats the whole purpose of the electric pump which is to allow me to do something else while the wing gets pumped on its own.
Anyone else experience this issue and have any advise?
Yeah I've put the blue washer seal on as per the instructions. It holds until about about 1psi and then starts to leak and not be able to add more pressure.

I have one an never had any issues. I'm pumping up a V2 Armstrong wing. Just send them an email. I'm sure they will fix it. Love mine
I had to use the red one and then the blue one to get it to fit properly. Make sure you twist them on tight. After doing that, mine holds pressure well.
I had the same issue. I wrapped the joints with that stretchy silicon tape that sticks to itself. It's in the plumbing aisle. Looks bad works good. I was frustrated that it was required.
I just use the Duotone adaptor no problems for the last two seasons. Maybe post a picture of your setup?
Thanks all. The feedback from the group made me think it might be a user error issue so I took another look. I wasn't being forceful enough twisting the duotone adapter from the Airbank hose onto the wing valve. Just needed that extra 20 degrees of forceful turn that my Neil Prydes don't need.
One last question while I've got Duotone people's attention. What's the purpose of Duotone wings having two air exit valves? There's the valve which one uses to pump the wing which can be turned to allow air out and then there's another exit just nearby with a plug type system. When one deflates one's wing is there one valve one should be using over the other, or just always use both?

I also made the same user error. It's very hard to turn for a while then with technique and time it gets easier.
I also have a North Mode with a different valve and it has some air flow resistance causing the pump to continually switch from low to high pressure then crash.
A guy on here advised one can adjust to low pressure only by toggling the left button- works perfectly.
Now I'll read the instructions to see what other settings are possible. 
I could not find the manual so I emailed Airbank and received the manual today.
The manual displays how all the buttons function, pretty good actually.
I had the exact problem when I first bought my Airbank Puffer for my Duotone Unit. Went down the rabbit hole of looking for duotone specific adapter, read (too many) posts about 3D printing custom adapters, etc. Low and behold you just gotta frickin go that extra 20 or 30 degrees when you think its on tight enough.No special adapters needed, yes it will work with Duotone without leaking whatsoever. Plug it in, turn it on, go live your life on your own for 2 or 3 minutes or whatever.
