Hi Guys I have a brand new red and black fuesalage and a new doodad . The Doodad sits lower in the fuesalage casting on both and works it's way loose I have tried shimming the end of doodad to make it level with fuesalage casting has any one else had this problem cheers Rich

My experience with Axis products has been similar, sloppy fitment and bolts coming loose...
Use it anyway![]()
Keeping things clean and protected with tefgel makes a big difference to longevity. Care for the threads.
I disassemble and rinse in fresh water after every use and clean and re lube the threads regularly. I have no issues with fuse/mast joint.
Your mast end looks worn and corroded, thats a source of movement.
I do exactly the same Axis have said there was a faulty batch of doodads and are sending another 1 out ithe doodad sits too low in the fuesalage ??
