Hi, my name is Peppe and I am planning to spend couple of months in Perth area. Looking mainly for some wave to ride. Never been in WA so was looking for advices on spots, accomodation and car.

Most important thing is timing! When are you coming?
Perth has it's best winds November through to February, but not a lot of swell. There's September to October there's some swell with lighter winds. Best swell is our Winter months, but then we only have occasional storm winds, and they're usually very onshore.
If you travel North of Perth you can get good winds earlier, while the swell is still around, or if you travel south you can still get swell when the winds at it's best.
Nice waves can be found at Margaret river.
Own wheels is highly recommended though.
