had a blinder at doddis / roberts this morning. there is life in a westerly after all. 
invited a few people but were no shows. you snooze you lose! 
4th windsurf this weekend and ive done my back in after eating it at avalon. i shoulda snoozed instead. arched my back the wrong way.

no nothing too bad, lower back right side muscle about 6 inches long. ill be out for a week or so. did it out av late arvo with chris & strop. still had a great time.
