Conditions have been on the limit over the last few weeks. Not that I am disappointed, but the body and equipment have taken a beating.Boom busted today using a 5.8m .Glad I was wearing a helmet , but still body slammed & bounced on the water.Every one,s got a story to tell when out in these conditions.$$$$$$$ fun.

Out a Melville late yesterday arvo came unstuck while pushing hard downwind at about 30kts on flat water across the sand bank, bounced across the water (not wearing helmet - idiot!) and cracked the nose of my board with the mast (again), luckily no damage to myself!

I was the one with the blue carve and white NCX, who else got out?

I too have been out quite a bit as i had last week off. I had a a dismount at 35knts due to my front foot coming out of the footstrap as i was slingshoting into a good bullet.

It ended ok as i was able to wash off some speed while saing along doing the splits before the trip round the front of the mast. I was fine but my beloved Carbon Art Speed 50 has a large crack in the nose.

Nothing i can't fix though

Today back at work after another good sesh yesterday my body is feeling it
