I could be wrong, but.
I don't think there are any rules at these events that would exclude you. More the merrier. Go for it

Ok now that you bring it up having 100 + at national events is pretty good, and at my local club we are looking at average fleet size of 35 Lt's.
I don't know about other states but our youth fleet at the vic states will be about 20 !
If Windsurfing Western Australia isn't going to support the Wally LT I suggest they should change their name to
sailboarding Western Australia so people don't get confused !

windsurfering please refrain from calling the Windsurfer Class the Wally. It is demeaning and turns the great class into a soggy cartoon. Wally is a term that developed in Sydney. In WA we called them stockies or stock boards. These days Windsurfer Class is the best term we should not follow the Sydneysiders anachronism, although Victorians may do as they please.

I disagree with you, but point taken maybe this should be discussed at the next nationals, which would be the
Largest sailing event in the Southern Hemisphere !

I expect the Australian Master Games (AMG) will be the biggest sailing event in the Southern Hemisphere, especially the Windsurfer Class event for 2021: www.mbsc.com.au/2021-australian-masters-games-windsurfer-class-event/

Then the 2021-2022 Windsurfer Class Worlds at MBSC, Perth in December 2021-Jan 2022 may be the biggest sailing event ever and will surpass the AMG in MBSC, Perth ! www.mbsc.com.au/2021-windsurfer-class-world-titles/
