Brought a new SUP couple of months ago from windsurf Perth, and had only used it a couple of times when I noticed a small bubble on the bottom surface of the board. I took it back and showed the guys there, and they replaced it straight away with a brand new one and also upgraded my paddle for free. Many of you may think this standard warranty procedure..it probably was but they did it with a smile and were happy to help. Excelent service!
Good to see some things are still the same. I had a similar problem after buying a new board from Reg in 1999. The board was replaced under warranty with a new one within a week. Great customer service by Windsurfing Perth and great product support by the manufacturer.
