Hey all, I have a broken batten in my sail, which i managed to do with my head in an forward loop attempt, also need repairs on my boom, the boom has a crack in part that just rest against the mast opposite the clamp if that makes sense.
Anyway if you guys could recommend any places that could fix my gear, it would be much appreciated, I live in Scarborough also.
Cheers
Jason

See Jesper Orth at Sail Repair WA. He will have your sail sorted in no time.
What brand of sail and boom are u talking about? Jesper at Sail Repair WA would likely be able to replace the batten, assuming u can get it out of the batten pocket! If not, just leave it with him. Sounds like the boom front end is kaput. Ask Jesper if he thinks it is repairable, may depend on whether boom spare parts are available locally for that brand.

Suggest you drop into Windsurfing Perth if you're heading south of the river to get sail repaired to check if they have a replacement NP boom front end that will suit (assuming the crack has made the current one unserviceable).
