Its pretty far out of Perth.

Keep driving till you see the dead wombat and the rock that looks like Malcom Turnbull. Ignore that. At the end of the road there's a man who'll ask you three questions. If you answer it correctly (something about kiters being lame) he'll tell you a riddle which will lead you past long john jetty and straight to Dutchies! Yay!

Thanks mate, I'm glad I didn't get that sparrow air -speed velocity question, I've always found it difficult to tell an african sparrow from a european sparrow...or was it a swallow...oh well see ya at dutchies!!

It's right opposite where the old summer kiosk used to be.
It was run by an old Dutch couple back in the 1950's so it's been called dutch inn, or more recently, Dutchies ever since.
It's not there any more. But there is a house there instead.
The surf is always 6 foot plus, except for when it's less.
And the wind is always 20 knots plus, except for when it's not.
Ya can't miss it.

{edit} I should add, make sure your fin is short. If it's one of those 35 or 40 cm fins then be prepared to leave it on the reef at low tide.
There are lots of shallow reefy bits close in shore which reach up and rip you fin out just as you glide in to the beach.
There's a narrow gap up towards Princes street.
