Its been a totally insane season. When March rocked around I was happy to accept it was all over. My body has taken an absolute beating, not to mention the countless hours away from my understanding wife and two young kids.
Ive had some insane waves at... and... and also...
But the wind just keeps on coming!
Bring on the next half of March

I reckon there's at least three more days between now and the end of April with consecutive average green arrows at Swanbourne (>18), and at least ten more days 12<knots<18 consecutive average arrows. Looks like we might get one of the three green arrow days this arvo..... We shall see. If so, I am onto it.

Dunno, but let's hope for a winter just like 2009 - that was the best I can remember!

...and sometimes it's nice to sail in the morning for a change.

Geraldton was southerly 18 to 22knots by 1pm and 4 to 6 foot on sunday


Classic offshores in the morning for SUPing and OZ wind STARBOARD CREW put on a demo day each morning for thier SUPS at STGeorges which attracted some crowd ,the place was busy....oh tryed the whole range of starboard SUPS cool as ,,got a wave on each board at st georges which was basically glassy and 1to 3 foot 50m rides perfect .........and busted out went windsurfing in the arvo .............

Great morning of action with heaps of crew trying suping

Monday itis ..........ROOTED .................. 25KNT for today !

Global warming ,earth quakes ,volcanos.........not complaining and da water is still warm and refreshing, rashy boardies ok by me

When will the smog end. This **** is out of control. Even the live readings have all carked it.

You lucky buggers. Whilst you guys in WA have been having too much wind us pommies have basically had nothing all winter. Apart from sh!t freezing cold weather!
