Hey guys,
I'm keen to get back to corros (normally been in feb) and was just wondering if November delivers consistent enough winds. I plan a 3 to 4 week camp out at coronations and willing to travel up and down the coast.
What's your thoughts guys????

we always went to corros last week October first week November for the start of the season, we used to be able to sail about 10 of the 14 days on 5.0 or less, with a few days on on 3.7s. Stopped going 4 or 5 years ago because it was getting too inconsistent, we'd only get 6 or 7 days on 5.0s and nothing smaller, the rest of the time was on the biggest we had.
But if you go the last 3 weeks of November with some biggish gear as well, you'll quite likely sail most days. Swell will probably be better than February as well.
^^^ agreed. Season seems to be starting later and later. Last Nov was barely on when it should have bene crankin
If you plan for a few 15-16kn days but also maybe 35kn, you'll be right though. At least Nov should have swell compared to Jan/Feb
