What's with these sh$% forecasts, I could do better!

Scorpio: It's gunna be crapy
Leo: Crapy with fine periods
Cancer: Fine periods but mostly crapy
Virgo: Crapy then fine turning realy crapy later on
Libra: Wet periods with some leakage
Gemini: Strong southerly winds turning light easterly after rigging
Torana: over heating may occur
Aries: Oh man, you just missed it, now it's crapy
Aquarius:Crapy, but you should have seen it yesterday!
Capricorn:25 Kt Winds sidshore with large swell, fine, warm 30 deg. would have been nice but it's gunna be crapy
Pices: Crapy with the chance of more crap
Sagittarius: Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap and more crap to come

I didn't know Torana was a star sign. What month is that?
Maybe that's the month that gets all the un crappy weather, and daylight saving 364 days of the year,. with fade free curtains and dams that dont dry out,.. and,.. an,.. an,..

And then of course there is the renowned Ocelot (only old SA farts who read the Adelaide Review many moons ago would know this) - crabby, fine but windlass, hooting, then crabby again

NO, THAT'S LIBRA, CAN'T YOU READ

I'm not realy angry, I'm fakeing it but don't tell anyone.
I was just trying to make the point thar the forecasts lately have been so wrong that BOM would be better off using the horoscopes to predict the weather.

I thought they already did?

I am still amused that the guys in the Czech Republic [windguru] can forecast our weather better than the boffins that sit here and can look out the window to see what it's doing.

All we can know for sure is that there will be some weather.

all meteorologists worldwide have access to exactly the same data. (at least 3/4 of the world do) its part of an international agreement.
So any forecaster can do it from anywhere in the world.

Looking out the window is fine for a forecaster but he cant see what the weather is 10 miles down the road in the same zone.
