This will be the 2nd of a 6 event Nu-Skool ViDeO freestyle tour in WA this season! Bring your mates down, take some footage and stills and make a clip for the world to judge you!

Meet at the carpark at 2pm for 2.15 briefing. We will be sailing in the western bay to allow good video shooting from both rock groins.

Planning on firing up the BBQ at 6pm sharp and having a couple of coldies. Prizes and categories will be announced on th...e day.

Event rules.

1. Footage used must be from the day of the comp after briefing but before sundown. Colour coded Streamers will be used.
2. Final edited entry will be no more than 1.5 min (open, jnr, novice) and 2 min elite. (including credits, sponsors, etc) Clips longer than this will be disqualified.
3. Minimum of 1 old-school move is required. Maximum of 2 identical moves on the same tack in the clip. Crash clips may be included.
4. Clips must be uploaded onto YouTube or Vimeo only. The link to the clip must then be emailed to Alex by the designated time.
5. You do not have to enter in the video comp to sail in the event on the day.
6. WWA members only may submit video links for the online judging.
7. The voting period will last for 1 week exactly. Non-WWA members may vote by signing up to the wwa website.
8. Winners will be notified at the briefing of the following event or at the end of season party in the case of the final event.
9. Results will be posted on the website after the winners are announced at the next event.
10. Update your website profile so we can contact you once judging is complete.

11. Movies must be submitted within 3 day from the event (ie. Sunday event - Wednesday final submittal)

12. Anybody found trying to "beat" the system will be automatically disqualified.

13.The Event organisers decision is final.

If we dont see good numbers or support the whole freestyle tour/video comp will be scrapped.

Awesome idea

Just wondering - what is an old-school move? (Not that I can freestyle, or have a video camera, or use myfacepage or whatever it's called )

I was planing on 6.1 and 100L at Dutchies as were others on 5.7 - 5.8 so must have been a freaky no wind area at Woodies? It was hard work though...
Shame.... hi wind freestyle is always interesting to watch
