Yes or no? Got a foot broken in 4 places... driving me nuts... going in after this first week to get a fibreglass casting on and get rid of this plaster one... Should i windsurf after a few weeks? I reckon it could be done...

Also, Is it illegal or insurance voiding if i drive whilst in a foot cast? - Seems like a silly question but i could drive properly... someone might know for sure on a ruling???

wouldn't it be tough/impossible to get your foot in the footstrap with a cast over it? Otherwise, if it don't hurt, why not, nothing to lose

Allow your foot to heal properly whilst there is very little or crap winds

Or hurt yourself further and sit out Dec and Jan when you can be sailing every second day

Hmmm what to do?????

Elmo speaketh wise words...

Unfortunately!

I feel your pain. I can also imagine how easily a board would dent after being stomped on by a solid cast...

First question - ask the Doctor?

Second one - ask a policeman and insurance company?

Just a thought

Why don't you ask the characters who put your foot in the cast, me thinks they might know best!!

not a good idea i broke three toes and couldn't windsurf and also a torn ligament, in the end it was worth it cause it was an epic summer so i was glad that previous injuries were healed

Yar... go for it... What could go wrong

It's not a silly question... it's a STUPID question! It's like asking if you should stick your nads in the deep fryer...

Get better soon mate.

At least the seabreezes aren't solid 25 knots yet, now that would be painful!
