Being of the fairly pale skin type wondering what's recommended for sunscreen for windsurfing etc? Saw invisible zinc water resistant but that gets slated in reviews I found, others?
I find the cancer council 'sport' one best as it is more resistant to sweating and doesn't run in your eyes anywhere near as much as most.
Other tip, nothing that has any insect repellent in it - dissolves wetsuits and suchlike
I will too
Thanks for that! U get some quite interesting useful.sometimes useless info from these forums sometimes..i wonder if it doesnt sweat down your sweaty safety glasses too... V impressed..![]()

I've just started (re)using the same one if it's 50+. I've been using bannana boat all summer but it gets into my eyes so easily. It also needs reapplication after 2 hours (might be due to expiry date nearing) but the cancer council water sports one doesn't hasnt given me any issues over the last 2 weeks.
I did use the cancer council one years ago and didnt like it so it seems the new formula is a good improvement.
Whatever is best, try not to get it on your boom as it makes for interesting gybing techniques.
If you're hands and feet are busy, the first itch will be your nose. I try to use the back of my hand if I really can't ignore it.
