Stranded at the SA/WA border...

For those that heard the story of the Victorian contingent travelling west, there was one of us that got stuck at the SA/WA border. Turns out that if you dont put the sump-plug back into the gearbox, then the magic all leaks out...! Managed to get a tow-truck to pic me up - 910km drive out to the border, then same back to Kalgoorlie.

Thanks again to those that offered to pick me up from Kalgoorlie !


And...

While the weather apparently wasn't any good in WA this season, being max'ed out on a 3.7m on more than a few occasions is a pretty good indication that ... the windsurfing was awesome!

Yeah but 3.7 for you is really 4.2 weather so it was a bit light

Glad u made it, and as I said I reckon your van is too full and all those new sails in wrappers could be left at my place if you are coming back anyway. Consider it.
