Transdirect door to door packed and accurate dimensions as shown, must be commercial addresses at both ends, see quote below, no insurance. Register on site and get discounts, if any. Two bike boxes, cut down to least volume with bubble wrapped board inside might work... Good luck.

I sent a board and bag to Syd from Perth late last year using Ego. Price was about $190 for a 122l, 80cm wide board. With packaging, the weight was about 15kg. Quote was for depot to home address. Unfortunately the board arrived damaged so beware of the risk.

I would also add make sure you wrap the rails in cardboard and put cardboard on the deck and bottom as well before it goes in the box. That can save the rails and other parts. Bubble wrap is not always a saviour. Many of these outfits are rough with gear (not saying the above are) but proper packing may save you.

My advice is don't send anything without insurance. I had a mast sent to me about a year ago with Ego which disappeared in transit, Ego refunded the cost of the freight but nothing else.
