Does anyone know whats goin on with the extention of the brakewall at sand trakes?It extends out 500 mts extra so far ,it looks like they are using that huge stockpile of earth and rocks adjacent for reclaimation,,I know its not the best of surf spots but as a local looking for a quick fix on the right day,will this now be lost ? or will it produce a potential hot spot in winter fronts?.Any ideas from the clewed up crew on how this is goin to effect the nearby coast line
The Fremantle Port Authority site has all the details and the was a topic here a whiel ago in the surfing forum. Basically reclaiming more land for port.
