What is going on with the Perth local waters forecast?

They only seem to forecast for the morning, don't mention anything about the wind after mid morning???

Forecast for Sunday 11 November until midnight
Winds: Southerly 15 to 20 knots tending south to southeast 10 to 15 knots
inshore until mid morning. Seas: 1 to 2 metres, decreasing below 1.5 metres
around midday. Swell: West to southwesterly to 2 metres.

You're missing the fact that there are four separate coastal waters forecast zones within the Cape Naturaliste to WA-SA Border region:

Leeuwin Coast: Cape Naturaliste to Walpole
Albany Coast: Walpole to Bremer Bay
Esperance Coast: Bremer Bay to Israelite Bay
Eucla Coast: Israelite Bay to WA-SA Border
