I'm moving to WA. ;n October and looking for someone who may be interested in sharing the lease on a rental property in the Rockingham area. I'd like to rent a three to four bedroom house with two bathrooms so that each person can have their own space and parking for two vehicles, preferably a double lock up garage.
I'd like to share with a mature, quiet living person, no drugs or drunks, employed, who likes cats as l have two that live indoors.
I'm a mature, quiet female into sports and healthy living. l would be away for work some of the time so would like to share with someone who may be happy to care for my cats when l am away. Costs for rent, utilities, etc. would be negotiable in regards to this care.

half the windsurfing crew down there seem to be firemen or in the navy though. Least I get all weekend, every weekend of summer to windsurf
