I have not heard about renewing my membership (I think it is due in July) and my e-mail query has not been repied to and I cannot get onto the website. I do not want my membership to lapse. Is there a windsurfing WA member out there who can help please?

Geez Evets you must be the most organised windsurfer in the world!

WWA are hibernating.

Just wait till you can see your shadow again and they'll be back in business

Hey guys,

I am a Canadian who just moved to Perth for the wind (job second), and am looking to join a club to meet some other sailors, get the local scoop on the good beaches, and share a few stories over a few cervezas.

is Windsurfing WA the best one to join? or are there any others that you can recommend.

cheers...

Give us some details.
Where are you living.
What type of sailing are you in to?
Windsurfing WA membership is a good idea for any WA sailor as it includes insurance against third party claims whilst windsurfing.
WWA organises a number of events throughout the year which are a good opportunity to meet other windsurfers.
If you want a place with a clubhouse etc. Then Safety Bay may be what you are looking for.

WWA Membership will be available through the new website (same address) to be available in the next couple of weeks.
You will be able to pay by a direct transfer to the account.
Apologies for the delay.

Cheers lao shi...I'm not in need of a clubhouse, just some solid wind !! I'm near Scarborough Beach/West Perth and coming from a landlocked province, am a flat-water sailor, but am killing to learn wave sailing this summer. Safety Bay or the Swan for flat ripping?

Will sign up with WWA as soon as the websites up...

Join the Challenge....www.gpsteamchallenge.com.au/

Plenty of flat water speed junkies in Perth.

It's a great way to hook up with like minded crew. Pinna's are always looking for new members, just ask our Kapitan Mineral!
