Does anyone sail Mangles Bay?

I cant say I've ever seen anyone out there, I don't see why you couldn't though, given the right wind direction. The beach is fairly populated by swimmers though, probably stay well out away from the beach when you're up at speed.

In a seabreeze the wind is off shore there, so not safe.
Good in a norwester, some good bump & jump up near the causeway (so I've heard).

Mangles Bay/Palm Beach is good on a northerly
I prefer sailing shoalwater in a NW'er
