You can do what I did eight years ago....
You can stay at www.lancelinlodge.com.au/ - they'll even pick you up from Perth central.
You can hire gear from Werner on the beach.
(Not sure about the lessons bit though?)
Be careful though.... within three months I had relocated the family here (kicking and screaming). You will be pleased to know we are ALL happy now.
