The organisers are the Lancelin Chamber of Commerce.
They accept mail addressed to The Chairman, Lancelin Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc. PO Box 121 Lancelin WA 6044 or via Email: sbcadmin@centralcoastalbusiness.com.au all communication should include the writers full name and address.

Their website (specifically registration) is an ongoing source of frustration for me as well

Just received a reply from the organisers.
The web site will not be updated for this event, but will be updated in a few months.
