Anyone else a bit confused about what's going on this year? Official party on Sat at LBH but also another one at the Tavern?
Is there anyone in the know who can clarify? Cheers

Just been to the endeavour tavern and heard the gossip.

Basically there is the normal LOC party at the endeavour tavern, fireworks, Murphy band etc.
They are selling tickets for $10 each. ( still plenty left )

The LBH is the official pub of the LOC, apparently they are now selling tickets now for $15. ( haven't been here yet ) Competitor tickets for entry will be for the LBH.

LBH are the official pub, due to unhappy sponsors and change of ownership at the endeavour and understandably being a bit disorganized.

I think the Endeavour is a better venue, but I figure if the volunteers who spend thousands of hours organising this massive event decide to change venues we should support it.

Plus this year they have added a free film festival tonite so you get a free party thurs, free party friday and then a big party on saturday. If you compete you get entry to the official party why not go to the offical party?

I don't care, on Sunday I won't remember which pub I was at
