Awesome session today!

The wind came in a bit later but when it did I was stacked on a 5.3!
How did everyone else go today?

Don't you guys use the Rottnest Island graph for lano?

Are you saying guys that seabreeze always underestimate the forcast for Lano? And we should be using rotto?

no we are saying most of the seabreeze graphs are complete bull, and that the BOM forecast combined with a bit of local knowedge is far better.

The number of times i've rocked up down the beach and had an epic session to myself when seabreeze was predicting red arrows is phenomonal.

I'd definitely second that! It was awesome at lancelin on saturday and there were only a handful of people out.

I tried that fin out you made me too Alex and it's really good, definitely have to be more careful on the back foot but getting back upwind was no real struggle at all, thanks for that mate now all i need to do is learn some freestyle

I went to Wedge Island and was maxed on my 4.7. Had a jumping sesh on the south facing beach then sailed thru the channel between the island and sailed on the reef - some good 3 footers coming thru and had the place to myself - Wedge rocks!!

What does the local knowledge tell about the possibility of a sail this weekend in Lancelin?
Thanks

There's a story on A Current Affair tomorrow night about this amazing $5m holiday home on Lancelin Beach. I saw it here http://www.dreamholidayhomes.com.au/solitude/about.html and fell off my stool.

A bit over $k a week in low season and sleeps 12. Anyone want to join me for a week living like a tycoon?

Hey man, sounds and looks amazing!! Maybe the wrong time of year to stay, not windy often enough but defo worth keeping in mind!
