I was in Lancelin the other week and saw a lot of crew out tow-in surfing on the sets directly out (400m) from the back beach . Has anyone spent some time out there windsurfing? The waves looked to be mast height laid back with multiple breaks with a decent 400m B&J run out that looked awesome!. I have spent heaps of time in Lano however have never seen a windsurfer out there? This seems like a great alternative when there is too many crew out on the main break during summer.
I'm giving the back beach a crack next time I'm up on a SW'er so will keep you all posted!
