Where is the $80k production on the 2010 Lano Classic? I've been scouring the internet every couple months and still haven't seen it. Has anyone else seen it?

its coming - edit is just being finalised for international tv distribution. The images are going to be insane.
its going to have a massive worldwide tv audience. and its being plugged into scheduled programming over the european summer.
I think the real value to the people who spend the dollars to make these productions is the overseas exposure of WA.
The production cos that do these events typically have heaps of events to cover and will gather footage and then spend months editing - thats just the way it is with big productions.
Imagine 6 realtime timelines where you can go from tripod long shot , to heli, to mini cam, to jet ski footage - with all the big cams producing insane images and speed rampability. Then add the best camera guys , and soundos in the industry (i dont include myself in that group) running that technology - and then 3d graphics specialists working the titles and "spice" , a producer that knows how to tell a story stitching the lifestyle and behind scenes stuff together
I do know that of all the sports covered they are pretty boosted on the windsurfing stuff - which is great as its often the more mainstream sports that get the coverage.
And yes- that freestyle vid is pretty nuts!
speaking of footage and wot not. anyone know what is happening with the footage and photos taken from the chopper at the nationals???
