Hi, I've never been windsurfing in WA, is it worth heading there over Easter weekend when I've got a few days off... or too late in the season? What kind of conditions can I expect at this time of year (end of March)?

Easter's getting into the veerrrrry last dregs of the season over here, it'd be dumb luck to get something worth sailing in on a set weekend. If your coming over for something else Id say bring some kit if youre really keen.

I wouldnt base an interstate trip over to WA purely on going windsurfing at Lancelin over easter though

Happy sailing

Depends on forecast. If you can be flexible - like 1000km kinda flexible about 3 days before - then you will get a sail.

But the season is over by then so if you restrict yourself to one spot you may well not get a sail.

If you bring 3 boards and 5m - 8m sails.... and a SUP and a surfboard, great restrict yourself to one spot and book now.

Easter is early this year so you might be lucky.
Can't guarantee anything though.

It would be a gamble, over the last 3-4 years I consider the end of March as the end of the season here.
