Hi for sailing talk to Yachting WA down at Nedlands sailing club. Chris Goldacre (State Sailing Centre) is a great guy to work for, they´ll put you in touch with him. She could do freelance for all the yacht/dinghy clubs.
If she teaches Windsurfing or has some Windsurfing experience talk to Stephen at Windforce - need Instructors and also beach crew for rental side during the summer season.
