I ended up going after lunch for a few hours.
Out of control on the 4m but then it seemed to back off a bit and the waves went with it

I obviously could not sail due to injury (well some ppl would say I can sail at all 
) and was p1ssed right orf..... 4.2 weather and swell. Was 3/4 mast in the right place every 5 min or so

Hey Greeny left metts and went to my local got there at about 5 It was insane put up the 5.0 could have used the 4.5 again as it picked up. It made metts feel like a gentle stroll in the park. Heaps of rideable decent size waves and lotsa jumps.
