), I'm having a party to showcase the Band, a Sunday in July, 1pm ish. 2 to 3 hrs.
The band ZL Trio, has been accepted into the Bridgetown Blues Winter Challenge and we need to do a gig in front of a live audience beforehand, so we need people to turn up and put pressure on us to perform.

Depending on weather, it might be a BBQ with band playing, if stormy bring ya wsurf gear and sail before or after the gig, and it will mainly be inside. Come and talk wsurf BS, and put pressure on this band to perform!!!!!!!!!
We've just secured the services a female guest singer Joanne, who has a beautiful soulful singing voice, 3 hrs of top music for free, except the drive to Mandurah!! Thru this advert, we've only had 2 confirmations, which means my last friend hasnt responded yet
Its an excuse for a Party Folks!!!!!! The windsurfing community used to be a social partying bunch, maybe we've all turned too old and grumpy to party anymore

Yes kids welcome, Park out the front, swing set in front yard, backyard to run around in, Playground at end of street, only issues will be weather on the day?? So if all inside, might be a touch loud for kids but other rooms available. If we get a decent crowd might hire outside cover as an insurance policy for wet weather?

Sunday 7th July Rock up 1pmish for Windsurf meet and greet, Band Music will commence between 2.30pm & 3pm, as Drummer cant make it till then.
Food: Binny's thinking about either making or ordering pizza's, so bring a plate of nibblies, and any alcoholic drinks u desire.

Everything looking good for Sunday, Forecast is for Sunny and 19C, so people can be outside if they like. Plenty for kids to do, for those that bring them. Binny will have 3 of her Grandkids there. Also if we have a small turnout the kids have been instructed to cheer the band Binny doing Pizza's so bring a plate. Big drinkers BYO, there'll be a few alcohol freebies (Beer Wine) for someone that just gets the taste for one or 2. If anyone gets too happy to drive home, arrangements will be made to get you back home or stay the night here, rather than risking your licence or having an accident.
Not sure what else to say but come and enjoy, the more the merrier!! Feel free to ask questions whether it be here publicly, or to me privately.

and Thankyou to all those that came along, it was a good rehaearsal for the Bridgetown Blues Challenge gig, we got lots of good positive feedback, and its boosted our connfidence!! Hope you guyz enjoyed it as much as I did!!!!!!!!

For those that saw and heard us play, we competed against 9 Bands tonight and we were the only band to get an Encore, the Crowd went wild!! So thanx to all who supported us, part of that Encore belongs to You Guyz for giving us confidence and support, Support is way under-estimated!!!!!!!!!! A Star of te future is in the Making, The President of the Perth Blues Club, came up to Zac at end of night with an invite to play at the Perth Blues Club!!!!
